The New Schematics:
"Nashville’s own The New Schematics create an alt-pop melodic ruckus that places them somewhere between The Killers and the radio-friendly side of Ryan Adams...Keep your eyes (and ears) out for these guys as this debut release [self-titled EP] already has many of the markings of a seasoned classic." - (Will Hodge, Noisetrade).
With a recent placement of their song "All In" on ABC Television Network's prime time show Blood & Oil, The New Schematics have been building steady momentum from day one. Debuting in October 2015 with their self-titled EP, they've already been featured as "Buzz Cut of the Week" twice on Nashville's 102.9 The Buzz, played 60+ shows in 20+ cities all around the US and Canada, raked in 100k+ Spotify streams, released two music videos directed by Matt Delisi (Drew Holcomb, Judah and the Lion, Delta Saints), and topped the Noisetrade rock charts.
Known for their diverse sound and high-energy live shows, The New Schematics combine both modern and classic influences (The Killers, The Cars, Bruce Springsteen, and Dawes) as one of only a handful of bands bringing rock 'n' roll to and from Music City. According to Andy Herrin (DJ at 102.9, The Buzz), "They're the type of band you root for because anyone who can write and perform songs of that strength deserve to be heard, and honestly we as listeners deserve to hear them." With roots on the West Coast (frontman Cory Bishop and lead guitarist Shanan Lau) they head to Anaheim for one of their first California dates on their #BornWithoutBordersTour in promotion of both their self-titled debut EP and recent re-imagining of that release, "The New Schematics (Unplugged+)".
